Rachael Scott

Rachael Scott is a West Sussex based Nutritional Therapist N.H.F Dip, Cert Ed

I have always had a keen interest in health and nutrition. But never more so than when I became ill with chronic fatigue syndrome. After seeing a nutritional therapist and using nutritional therapy to overcome my own health issues, I trained to become a qualified Nutritional Therapist myself, in order that I could help others to improve their own health and wellbeing. I am passionate about good nutrition and its impact on health. To that end I continued my studies and achieved the Practitioner Diploma in Nutritional Healing and am now able to offer naturapathic healing techniques.

Since qualifying I have helped many individuals to meet their own nutrition targets including working as a leader for the County Councils own “MEND” programme, a programme designed to help families struggling with obesity.

Currently I am working with both Horsham and Brighton district councils, delivering health and well being programmes within the community. My work has included giving talks, presentations and running nutritional courses within the local area, for schools, restaurants and care homes.

My approach is to make sessions fun stimulating, informative and thought provoking. I have an empathetic manner and strive to provide a safe, supportive atmosphere in which my clients can explore their nutrition and health challenges.

I specialise in:

Other areas of special interest and expertise include:
