West Sussex, we are within easy reach of Chichester, Worthing and
Horsham. We provide accredited CIEH and HABC Food Safety Training, and Nutritional Advice to both individuals and corporate clients.

Rachael
has a background in education and catering and always had a keen
interest in health and food, she is passionate about good nutrition for
optimum health. She established FRESH Nutrition in 2007 in order to provide quality Food Safety Training and to help individuals to impove their health and well being.
