Course Overview
This
course is recommended for anyone involved in the preparation and provision of
food to the elderly.
Course Aim
The
course is designed to provide knowledge and understanding of the problems associated
with the nutritional status of the elderly, and how to meet their nutrient
requirements in line with government guidelines.
